Try selecting the 'Home' button at the top left and navigate back to My Account to see refreshed transactions.
Also note, the amount of time it takes for payments to appear will depend on the day of week, time of day and how you make a payment. Transactions can take up to 72 hours to appear.
If a payment has not appeared after this time, or you can't find the payment in your other segments, contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299.
Contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299 to discuss if you can transfer a payment to another segment in your account.
You can download a transaction history of your rent segment. This will show any rent payment you've made.
Select the 'Download' button to download a copy of your transaction history in a PDF format.
If you would like to download transactions for a specific date range or transaction type, use the 'sort and filter' option and select the 'view' button. Select 'download PDF' to download a copy of your filtered transactions.
This is your regular rent charge applied to your segment.
If you have paid off a debt your segment balance will display at $0. You will be able to see this segment for two years. If no other transactions are applied to the segment after two years it will disappear.
Note: Payment arrangements for rent arrears, paid by Rent Deduction Scheme and Direct Debit will stop when your segment is in credit the equivalent of two weeks rent.
There may not be two years worth of transactions because:
- you may need to select 'next' at the bottom of the page to display more records
- the segment may not have two years of history to display
- transactions that occurred before April 2020 may not appear due to upgrades to our technology
Yes, you will be able to see old tenancy accounts for two years after you have left the property. These segments will have an end date.
Yes, you will still receive your official biannual statement from SA Housing Trust.
Contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299 to request an account statement showing all your segments and transactions.
You can update your communications preferences in 'My Contact Details' to receive your statements electronically.
Debits are charges to your segment. If your balance is in debit (arrears), this is the amount you owe SA Housing Trust.
Credits include payments and credits made to your segment.
The page numbers (1-20, 21-40 etc) at the bottom of the list will allow you to see more transactions.
